F. Shabnam Nouraie
Shabnam is a partner with Beckemeier LeMoine Law. Prior to entering into private practice, Shabnam worked as in-house counsel for a corporation in the financial services sector. Working in a corporate environment, Shabnam gained an appreciation for the complicated legal challenges that confront businesses today and the importance of individualized legal solutions in the business realm.
Shabnam enjoys working with the firm’s individual clients as well, approaching each situation with a keen eye toward the unique challenges and opportunities presented. Shabnam is passionate about providing each and every client with excellent representation and works hard to address the unique legal challenges they face with effective solutions.
Education and Honors:
Shabnam graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia, cum laude, with a degree in Journalism.
In 2011, she obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri School of Law and a Certificate in Dispute Resolution. While in law school, Shabnam served as Senior Note and Comment Editor for the Journal of Dispute Resolution and as Vice President of the Student Bar Association.
In 2011, Shabnam received an honorable mention from the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel Mary Moers Wenig Student Writing Competition for her paper Out with the Old and In With the New: Comparing and Contrasting Trust Decanting Under State Statutory Law.

Associations and Areas of Public Service:
Shabnam is a member of the COCA Associate Board and serves as a volunteer with the County Older Residents Program (CORP), providing legal help to older, low-income residents of St. Louis County.
